Job Description

Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering rapport to encourage repeat business.


Salary

£13.24 per hour, including a location pay of 74p.


Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.


Working Patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 10 hours, comprising long opening or closing shifts, shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
