AlltoCar, the leading multi-brand automotive dealer in the ABC Islands, is looking for a high-performing, strategic Sales & Aftersales General Manager. We need a seasoned leader with a 360° vision of the business to oversee our diverse portfolio of brands and ensure operational excellence across Aruba and Curaçao.
The Role
As the General Manager at AlltoCar, you will be responsible for the profitability and growth of both the Sales and Aftersales departments. You will lead multicultural teams to deliver a premium experience to our customers, ensuring that every brand we represent meets its global standards and local sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Direct and synchronize Sales (New & Pre-owned) and Aftersales (Service, Body Shop, and Parts) operations for multiple brands.
* Multi-brand Management: Adapt commercial and technical strategies to meet the specific requirements of the different manufacturers represented by AlltoCar.
* Business Growth: Drive market share expansion through innovative sales campaigns and high-efficiency workshop operations.
* Operational Excellence: Optimize workshop productivity and parts inventory turnover while maintaining top-tier Customer Satisfaction Indices (CSI).
* P&L Accountability: Total responsibility for budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for the dealership’s operations in both islands.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years in management roles within Automotive Dealerships (Sales and Aftersales experience is mandatory).
* Multi-brand Expertise: Proven track record of managing multiple automotive brands simultaneously is highly valued.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. (MBA is a plus).
* Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is a strong asset.
* Skills: Advanced knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management Systems), KPIs analysis, and inventory optimization.
