Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented early career individual with an affinity for communication and organization to join our Creator Platform team, which includes the FiveM and RedM multiplayer modification platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about games and comfortable driving a wide range of operational tasks. This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of Leeds, England. WHAT WE DO The Rockstar Games Creator Platform team enables user-generated and modded content across our suite of titles, including Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption. Development support takes newly formed workflows and builds scalable processes around them, interfacing across production, engineering, art, and other disciplines on the Creator Platform team. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain lightweight templates for repeatable workflows (vendor onboarding checklists, build handoff steps, invoice tracker, clearance packet checklist, etc.). Work closely and coordinate priorities with external partners, facilitating build distribution, production software access, and invoice processing. Proactively follow-up on the status of build issues raised by our partners – ensuring any blockers impacting external teams are chased down. Support the ongoing bug triage process, ensuring that the most important issues are followed up on. Grow and formalize the Creator Platform outsourcing pipeline, overseeing the process from intake, to delivery, to sourcing feedback, and wrap. Plan and coordinate internal playtests, synthesize feedback, and log bugs in the team’s product backlog. Support the clearance process for game assets, working across production, legal, and development. REQUIREMENTS Positive, solution-orientated individual, with an interest in video games and game development. Ability to coordinate and deliver projects. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work closely with members of our global teams. Able to define and maintain feature development plans and schedules. A working proficiency with task tracking software like Jira, Hansoft or Trello. An autonomous and flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing criteria with ease. A university degree in Game Production, Design, or a related field. A passion for video games. Experience in or knowledge of UGC products. Quality Assurance experience.
