The role is pivotal in building out the firms reporting and analytics capabilities, driving improvements in data quality, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Support the design, build and enhancement of the new business intelligence function Develop and maintain reports to meet business and regulatory requirements Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical solutions Assist with regulatory submissions and external reporting obligations Provide data insights to bank-wide projects, supporting key decision-making Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing reporting processes Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective service delivery What You'll Bring Strong Microsoft Excel skills Exposure to BI and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, Alteryx, or Power Query Solid understanding of data handling, transformation, and analysis principles Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and perform under pressure High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Prior financial services experience is desirable, though not essential Why This Role?
