Main Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining a network of industry-relevant candidates.
* Creating and posting job adverts on LinkedIn and company websites.
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles in our core markets: technology or renewable energy.
* Reviewing CVs and coordinating interviews.
* Maintaining and updating internal CRM databases.
Key Skills Required:
* Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
* Strong communication skills
* A confident and professional phone manner
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in recruitment
* A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is .
