The opportunity
As a Marketing Executive within our Brand and Marketing team, you'll create engaging campaigns across various media and partnerships, encouraging members to collect Avios and enjoy Remarkable Rewards. Your role will cover campaign planning, delivery, measuring effectiveness, and developing test and learn strategies to optimize future activities. You'll work with key partners across our Retail, Travel, and Leisure portfolio.
What you’ll do
Campaign Planning:
Develop campaign plans that deliver the right message to the right audience through appropriate channels, aligning with partner and IAG Loyalty objectives and KPIs, and increasing revenues.
Campaign Delivery:
Deliver multi-channel campaigns for British Airways and Aer Lingus non-air partners, managing briefing, creative development, artwork, production, and media buying. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are on brief, on time, and within budget, adhering to airline and partner guidelines.
Campaign Targets and Measurement:
Ensure campaign targets are set and met, conduct tests such as A/B testing, attribution, and audience analysis, and analyze post-campaign insights.
Test and Learn:
Implement test and learn strategies, collaborate with the Transformation Team to utilize Martech tools and methodologies for campaign enhancement.
What we need from you
* Previous marketing experience, preferably in travel or loyalty sectors.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and optimizing campaigns.
* Experience across different marketing channels, understanding their purpose and strategy.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, effective with internal teams and external partners.
