Your responsibilities will include: Leading a dedicated team of Art teachers to deliver a rich and engaging curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students. Developing and implementing a cohesive Art curriculum that aligns with the school's ethos and national curriculum requirements. Providing expert guidance and mentorship to colleagues, nurturing their professional development. Leading by example, delivering inspiring and effective Art lessons that promote creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression. The Ideal Candidate Holds a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) in Art. Possesses extensive experience in leading a secondary school Art department.
