No teaching qualification is required-you simply need strong communication skills, the confidence to lead a classroom, and a professional, positive attitude. The Role Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of secondary subjects Maintaining positive behaviour and a calm, focused learning environment Supervising classes and supporting students during lessons Assisting with day-to-day school operations when needed Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders What We're Looking For Confident, reliable individuals with strong interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate secondary-age students Calm, organised and adaptable approach Genuine interest in education and supporting young people's progress Desirable (Not Essential) Experience working with children or young people A degree or strong subject knowledge Interest in progressing to teacher training through Tradewind's development pathways Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
