Trainee White Goods Engineer - Stanford-le-Hope Tilbury Customer Service Centre - Permanent Full Time
Salary: GBP28k - GBP32k based on experience (OTE GBP31k - GBP35k)
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week working 5 days over 7, including some Saturday work on a rostered basis

Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively, mainly working independently.
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers' homes.
* Applying technical knowledge across various white goods appliances.
* Building our reputation as a home services expert.
Building rapport with customers is as important as technical skill. You'll be welcomed into their homes and will work to resolve their appliance issues while reassuring them.
You will need:
* Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
* Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
