Key Responsibilities
* Ensure your team provides a professional, friendly, and efficient handover service, maintaining a positive customer experience.
* Verify that all relevant paperwork and payments are completed and received before releasing the vehicle, checking deal files thoroughly.
* Complete paperwork for part exchanges with your team.
* Use online platforms to tax vehicles or provide V62 forms and advice, and assist customers with insurance arrangements.
* Manage the handover process, ensuring your team communicates necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
* Keep customers informed about transaction progress through follow-ups and confirmation calls.
* Build relationships with customers to anticipate future business and enhance the company's reputation.
* Audit team paperwork to ensure high accuracy standards.
* Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally with customers, your team, management, and colleagues, treating everyone with respect.
* Manage staff development, training, and holiday scheduling to ensure continuous coverage.
Essential Skills
* Valid, clean, full UK driving license.
