Job Description
Work as a Home Manager for a local provider for an Luxury elderly residential home. As an experience Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a care home to galvanise the team and ensure continued improvement with compliance.

£55,000 Salary
Home Manager Requirements:
Elderly Dementia experience
NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
CQC experience
As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
