Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our End of Life services team as a Funeral Service Operative.
You will work on a casual basis (bank working) as needed, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday and out-of-hours on an on-call rota.
Your role involves delivering compassionate end-of-life care, supporting families, and ensuring the smooth delivery of funerals, including collection, transportation, preparation of the deceased, and acting as a conductor or bearer during services. It is a physically and emotionally demanding role requiring empathy, resilience, and a compassionate approach.

* Supporting community relations and acting as an ambassador for our services.
* Manual handling involved.
* Demonstrating resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Showing empathy and compassion.
