* Support the consistent application of local People & Culture policies and procedures, identifying areas where updates or additional guidance may be required to reflect legal or business needs
* Conducting exit interviews and identifying trends and insights to inform retention and engagement activity
* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of key People & Culture processes, including performance and development review cycles, with a strong focus on organisation, accuracy and execution
* Collaborating with the relevant P&C team members on internal mobility transfers and relocations, and other employee lifecycle matters
* Assist with strategic HR projects and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, such as organisational design, change management, and culture development
* Utilise data analytics to assess HR metrics and trends, assisting with HR management information and reporting as required

* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels
* A self‑starter and a real team player, who can evidence using their initiative and their ability to work under pressure
* Flexible approach to work with a can‑do attitude, taking pride in delivering outstanding work
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadline in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail and a consistently strong standard of written and verbal communication
