The role
We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Retention marketing agency. You will be working with the CRM Manager and a team of copywriters and designers to deliver world-class email & SMS marketing services including strategy, campaign building, flow implementation and lead collection via popups.
You will have experience using email marketing to increase brand engagement, loyalty and customer retention. You will implement best practices and strategies within email marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle, and funnel optimisation methodologies to drive performance for clients across a wide range of sectors including cereal, alcohol free beer, supplements, clothing and more.

Responsibilities
* Support lifecycle strategy and execution for clients on email and SMS, delivering results that drive engagement, repeat purchases, cross sell, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
* Build and execute targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and retention across CRM channels
* Assist the CRM Manager, across all brands, in the execution of daily tasks and ad hoc support – marketing calendar, A/B testing and reporting
* Work to identify the best segments for sending campaigns and audience logic for email flows
* Use data to continuously test, measure and optimise the brand’s email marketing including deliverability, segmentation, and forecasting knowledge
* Support on launching of new flows & automations
* Support in development of creative briefs for design and copywriting teams to drive results
Requirements
* 1+ years experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer) lifecycle, retention marketing and email marketing production
* 1+ years hands-on expertise with Klaviyo
* Familiarity with the top integrations and apps in the space is a bonus
* Strong partnership skills to collaborate across teams and share your ideas
* Understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
* Understand email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
* Be great at organising and prioritising your workload across many brand accounts and experience managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads at once
