Your New Company Hays are partnering with a healthcare organisation to recruit a Clerical Officer on a temporary basis, based in Lisburn. Your New Role Cover telephone reception, managing a high volume of calls and frequently demanding or difficult calls. Check CCG for incoming referrals on a daily basis. Follow ISO procedure re referral management. Create CMHT patient file, with referral paperwork and allocate patient number. Ensure files are available for clinic. Format, print and forward outcome letters to GP and relevant HCPs. Photocopy and maintain patient information leaflets. Import documents (i.e., re-assessments, prescriptions) on Maxims. Allocate routine appointments on the calendar and Maxims. Cover reception. Maintain and archive patient files.
