Role Responsibilities:
* Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
* Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
* Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Handle queries related to pay, deductions, and statutory payments.
* Support audits and reporting requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in payroll administration.
* Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
