Our client is searching for a confident, hands-on Studio Manager to take the lead in a launching a brand new beautifully designed, premium Reformer Pilates Studio. This is more than just a management role, this will take ownership of the site's opening and shape the future of the company as they look to grow to more sites. About the Opportunity This boutique studio aims to be a market leader within reformer pilates, working with a small teams and a network of freelance instructors. As the studio manager, you’ll be the face of the business — leading operations, supporting people, and delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Be Doing Studio Operations Take full ownership of the studio’s daily running Open, close, and ensure everything operates smoothly Manage class schedules, space usage, and equipment readiness Keep the studio immaculate, organised, and welcoming Team Management Coordinate freelance instructors Manage rotas, cover, and ongoing communication Support onboarding and studio inductions Client Experience Deliver a premium, front-of-house experience Be the go-to for enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and studio growth Create a calm, welcoming, community-led atmosphere - be a real cornerstone of the community within Bristol Business & Performance Support membership growth and class attendance Monitor bookings, usage, and cancellations Lead and develop promotions Spot opportunities to improve performance and experience Administration & Systems Manage bookings, memberships, and payments Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide updates to senior leadership What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience in Reformer Pilates Confidence working independently and ambitious to grow a brand Strong organisation and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, especially with freelancers A calm, professional, solutions-focused mindset Desirable: Experience managing a studio, venue, or hospitality space Experience working with freelance/self-employed teams Familiarity with booking or membership systems Commercial awareness and interest in growth What Success Looks Like The studio runs seamlessly day-to-day Instructors and feel supported and valued Members feel welcomed, engaged, and loyal The space consistently delivers a premium experience Your recruiter for this role is Cam Bridger, Account Director at Love Recruitment and can be contacted simply by applying for this role below.
