Overview
We are looking for AI Engineers who are passionate about delivering advanced AI solutions into production. This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent applications that solve complex real world business problems at scale. You will work directly with enterprise clients on high visibility projects, shaping how organisations adopt and benefit from the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions
* Design and implement production ready systems using large language models, retrieval augmented generation, and agentic workflows
* Lead the delivery of AI products from concept through to deployment and adoption
* Engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact
* Stay current with fast moving developments in AI and actively integrate new technologies into solution design
Requirements
* Practical experience in building production grade AI solutions with tools such as LLMs, RAGs, and advanced workflow frameworks
* Strong background in solution architecture and the ability to design robust, scalable systems
* Client facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non technical teams
* Track record of delivering projects that combine innovation with tangible business value
* Curiosity and adaptability to work with emerging AI technologies in a rapidly evolving landscape
