What You'll Do
* Lead the safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led delivery of services in line with CQC regulations
* Drive service improvement, business growth, and meet KPIs
* Build strong, professional relationships with commissioners, healthcare partners, and local stakeholders
* Support and empower teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
* Monitor client well-being, review care plans, and ensure changing needs are met
* Maintain compliance through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement, aiming for 'Outstanding' CQC ratings
