The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, including:
* Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
* Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
* Handling cases from pre‑action stage through to trial or settlement
* Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
* Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
