We are currently recruiting telesales executives within a large sales function for a nationally renowned haulage & logistics firm based in Bolton. The role involves working with pre-generated business leads to support field sales personnel, aiming to maximize business profitability & engagement.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting potential business owners & sales candidates through internal call-back & quota systems.
* Conducting high-quality B2B conversations to identify business needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
* Meeting and exceeding daily targets related to call time and appointments booked.
* Maintaining a low appointment cancellation rate by ensuring strong engagement and commitment.
* Proactively generating new leads, securing appointments, and gaining referrals through consistent outreach.
* Achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Building, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
* Keeping Salesforce updated with accurate client and lead information.
* Working strategically with campaign data, focusing on targeted industry sectors and lead sources.

What's on Offer
* Hybrid working with enhanced flexibility after probation.
