Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for an international supplier, coordinating orders, deliveries and lead times
2. Manage purchase orders, confirmations and delivery schedules
3. Resolve supply chain queries and maintain accurate supplier records
4. Process customer orders and provide administrative support to the sales team
5. Prepare quotations, order confirmations and delivery documentation
6. Monitor stock levels and communicate any supply issues proactively
7. Maintain CRM records and customer information
8. Produce reports and sales-related documentation as required
9. Manage office correspondence, filing and document control
