A welcoming primary school in the BS3 area of Bristol is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead a small class of pupils with beginner-level SEN needs, ranging from Early Years to Year 6. The Role
* Teach a small, mixed-age SEN class (EYFS–KS2) with a focus on individualised learning
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet a wide range of needs and abilities
* Adapt teaching strategies quickly to respond to the needs of the moment
* Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and parents to support every child’s progress
* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in a nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN (essential)
* A flexible and creative approach to teaching, able to think on your feet
* Experience across primary age groups (EYFS to KS2)
* Strong behaviour management and the ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to achieve their potential
