Commercial Account Executive Commercial Account Executive - £30,000 – £35,000 - Shrewsbury (Office based) The Job: An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially focused Account Executive to join a growing and well established insurance business. This is a varied role combining client management, new business development and technical insurance support. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth while delivering a high standard of service to a portfolio of commercial clients. The position offers a great balance of relationship management and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships while identifying new opportunities. Key responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth - Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong and lasting relationships - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Negotiate with insurers to secure suitable terms and coverage - Present recommendations clearly and confidently to clients - Handle renewals, mid term adjustments and policy changes - Support clients with claims queries and liaise with insurers where required - Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date - Monitor outstanding actions, including renewals and client communications - Identify cross selling opportunities and generate referrals The Company: Our client is a respected and established organisation within the insurance sector, providing tailored solutions across a broad range of commercial clients.
