Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a distinguished, family-run insurance broker to recruit for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor. This role would suit someone who'd like to join a customer focused business, who wants to get rewarded for a job well done, along with receiving a great benefits package. Must have at least six months personal lines insurance experience. This role would be in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday.
The Client
Our client is an independent and family owned business, with their head office based in Lisburn. They have been operating for over 80 years, and specialise in both personal and commercial insurance solutions. They are keen to recruit a new Personal Lines Advisor into the business. They put their customers and employees at the heart of everything they do and have an excellent reputation on the market.
The Role
The role as Personal Lines Insurance Advisor will sit within the Personal Lines Division. Typical duties will include:
* Dealing with all client enquiries over the telephone, and either helping at first point of contact, or transferring to the relevant team
* Producing new business quotations
* Managing renewals, and mid term adjustments
* keeping accurate client records and files at all times, including timely inputting of all client data onto our system
Desirable Criteria
* At least six months personal lines insurance experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good numeracy, literacy & IT skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Package
* Salary up to £25k, depending on experience
