Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, refinement, and defining Epics and User Stories with high‑quality acceptance criteria.
* Lead requirements‑driven workshops with internal teams and clients, translating business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and process/documentation artefacts.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architecture, Development, QA and Client Delivery Managers to ensure accurate solution design and high‑quality delivery.
* Drive Agile ways of working, actively participating in sprint ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement across teams and processes.
* Exhibit strong industry and domain knowledge to support informed decision‑making and effective problem‑solving.
* Manage the delivery of multiple products while balancing other priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Internal Grade: EB8/D | This is a hybrid remote/in‑office role.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Product Owner.
* Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Aha.
* Stakeholder Management and collaboration experience.
* Excellent Epic and story writing experience and documentation skills.
* Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to credit and personal data.
