Estimator - Construction (Fit-Out & Refurbishment) Full-Time, Permanent · Office Based · Norwich The Company Our client is a growing construction business delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. They're now expanding and looking to bring an experienced Estimator into the team. The Role This is a hands-on estimating role covering the full process - from reviewing drawings and specifications through to building detailed cost models and subcontract packages. You'll work alongside design teams, project managers and subcontractors, with your pricing feeding directly into live projects. It's a role that suits someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a project and takes care to make sure the numbers properly reflect the scope in front of them.
