At Rowen & Wren, we design thoughtful, beautifully crafted pieces that celebrate comfort, character and considered living.We’re now looking for an Interior Designer for Rowen & Wren and The Rowen Partnership to help shape the spaces that reflect who we are, from our offices and residential projects to future retail settings.You’ll bring a thoughtful eye and a calm, creative approach, working closely with teams across the business to create environments that feel welcoming, harmonious and true to our aesthetic. As our interiors offering grows, you’ll also help lay the foundations for a future design service that supports customers in creating homes they feel deeply connected to.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInterior Design & Spatial PlanningLead the design and development of interior spaces across our office, retail and residential projects.Plan layouts and select finishes, materials and furnishings that reflect our understated, timeless style.Contribute to the design and styling of our workspaces so they feel inspiring, comfortable and considered.Play a part in shaping future retail fitouts, helping create spaces with a gentle sense of atmosphere.Work closely with our property team and contractors to guide projects from concept to completion.Creative & Brand SupportOffer potential support to our brand and marketing teams during seasonal photoshoots, including set design, interior styling and sourcing props that help bring each story to life.Customer Experience & Design AdviceSupport the customer service team with interior design and styling advice for customers seeking guidance.Help create resources such as styling tips or room guides to build customer confidence and engagement.Future Design ServicesAssist in shaping the framework for a future customer-facing interior design service, including consultation processes, design packages, and service structure.Play a key role in expanding this function as the team grows – supporting customers in designing and styling their own homes.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualified Interior Designer with relevant degree or strong equivalent experience.Experience across commercial, retail and residential design.Strong grasp of spatial planning, colour, materials and layout.Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.A sharp eye for detail and confident, thoughtful presentation skills.Comfortable collaborating with creative, marketing and operational teams.Able to manage several projects at once with clarity and care.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESNaturally attuned to the Rowen & Wren aesthetic with an appreciation for timeless design, natural materials and understated beauty.A thoughtful and curious designer with an eye for detail and a considered approach to every space.Hands-on and adaptable, equally comfortable conceptualising and executing design projects.Collaborative in spirit, bringing clarity and calm to creative discussions.Passionate about creating environments that feel lived in, loved and layered with character.WHAT WE OFFERAlongside a competitive salary, we offer benefits designed to support you both at work and in life - the sort of things that make the days flow a little more easily:Generous holiday allowance, plus your birthday and work anniversary off to celebrate in your own wayA creative working environment and supportive team cultureHealth insurance, with access to confidential mental-wellbeing supportBonus schemeComplimentary breakfasts and lunchesEmployee discountQuarterly team days and monthly celebrationsWorkplace pension.If this sounds like a role you’d love, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
