Job Role
The Engineering Administrator will support the engineering function through effective stock control, system management, and scheduling of maintenance activities. They will carry out daily checks of stores and stock levels, ensuring all parts and spares are accurately logged and issued, manage engineering budgets, maintain organised storage areas, support the development of the CMMS system, input and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, generate reports, and analyse KPIs to support operational performance.
Job Details
* Pay: £25,500 to £30,000 (Standard pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays)
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* Duration: Contract (FTC – 12/14 Month Contract)
* Benefits: Standard pension, 20 days plus bank holidays
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Experience using CMMS or ERP systems
* Competent using Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Previous experience within stores or facilities management

* Fixed-term contract for 12–14 months
