They are ideally looking to recruit a results driven MD with a track record for helping businesses grow and increasing EBITDA
Our client is offering a salary between £150,000 - 200,000 + bonus and equity.
Responsibilities:
The role reports directly to the business owner and founding entrepreneur:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious growth and EBITDA targets.
* Build and lead a high-performing Senior Leadership team.
* Oversee Sales and Marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and market share.
* Ensure the delivery of the highest quality products.
* Expand and nurture the customer base and develop strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role within an FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or high-growth brand.
* Strong track record of delivering growth in an SME environment.
* Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
* Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
* Performance related bonus
