Job Description
This role delivers specific functional service support within the Stakeholder & Communications Centre of Excellence.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Executing a range of performance activities on assigned projects under supervision and mentorship.
* Implementing specialist functional frameworks and strategies on assigned projects.
* Building effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Monitoring and executing duties outlined in stakeholder & communications management plans, including reporting and reviews.
* Developing stakeholder & communications methodologies.
* Enhancing integration of stakeholder management, communications, and interface disciplines.
* Aligning service activities with client requirements, legislation, and Mace control center directives.
* Seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
* Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives in the area of discipline.
You’ll need to have:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to quickly assimilate information.
* Basic understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle or consultancy.
* Knowledge of stakeholder & communication service delivery in sectors like rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals.
* Effective collaboration skills.
* Interest in business development and work-winning activities.
* Experience supporting project controls and PMO services.
* APM Foundation or equivalent qualification.
Additional preferred experience:
* Experience working on construction or consultancy projects.
* Ability to develop and deliver frameworks/strategies.
* Knowledge of relevant tools and software.
* Experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
* Relevant university degree (e.g., construction, engineering) or equivalent.
* Interest in achieving Chartered status or membership of a professional institution such as the Association of Project Managers.
