Front of House Receptionist
Location: Leeds (26 Whitehall Road)
Contract: Rolling 6-week contract with potential for a permanent opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Morson Edge are recruiting for a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join Mott MacDonald at their Leeds office on Whitehall Road. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or front-of-house who takes pride in providing an excellent first impression and a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Managing the reception area to ensure it remains presentable at all times
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
Liaising with internal teams and external visitors to support smooth daily operations
About you:
Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is essential
Confident, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with people at all levels
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable and proactive, with a professional and approachable attitude
Additional details:
This role is office-based (no on-site parking available)
Interview Microsoft Teams call followed by an in-person meeting at the Leeds office
