Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and use this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
