You will:
* Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for infrastructure and public services

* Represent clients including National Grid, Shell, Department for Transport, NHS Trusts, and local authorities
About you:
* Qualified solicitor with 4+PQE in infrastructure, energy, or transport (or broader commercial contracts)
* Strong drafting skills and ability to manage complex, multi-party transactions
* Client-facing, commercially astute, and confident in business development
* Passion for infrastructure sectors and ability to mentor junior colleagues
