As a Senior Debt Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers through the full sales and onboarding journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking financial support, guiding them with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Your responsibilities will include: Managing inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. Assessing financial circumstances to determine eligibility for appropriate solutions. Delivering clear, compliant explanations of available debt options (non‑advice where required). Supporting customers through each stage of their application. Handling warm, real‑time IVA web leads with confidence and urgency. This role suits someone with 6–12 months’ experience in Debt Advisory, who thrives in a fast‑paced, telephone‑based environment and is motivated by helping customers achieve better financial outcomes.
