Job title: Geoenvironmental Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Geo-Environmental Manager to join a well-established geotechnical and environmental consultancy based in Manchester. This role offers the chance to lead high-profile commercial and infrastructure projects while working alongside an experienced team of contaminated land and geotechnical specialists. The successful Geo-Environmental Manager will take ownership of delivering and managing a wide range of Ground Investigation and contaminated land projects across the region. You will play a key role in both technical delivery and team leadership, with scope to further develop the geotechnical side of the business as the consultancy continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include managing Phase 1 desk studies, overseeing interpretative reporting, reviewing and completing DQRA work, supervising sites, managing programmes and budgets, and acting as a main point of contact for clients. You will also support and mentor junior staff, ensuring high technical standards are maintained across projects. This is a varied role, combining office-based technical work with site and client-facing responsibilities.
