You’ll be joining a precision-driven aerospace manufacturer based in Christchurch, where quality, innovation, and customer focus are at the heart of everything they do. As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary commercial interface for key customer accounts - ensuring alignment, satisfaction and profitability.

As Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, building trusted, strategic relationships
Leading commercial interactions including pricing, proposals and contract renewals
Monitoring contract performance and ensuring delivery excellence
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
Identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
As Key Account Manager, your experience will include:
Proven success in account management and commercial negotiation
Experience within aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial reporting tools
A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
