We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Development Representative to enhance our business-to-business sales efforts. This position is full-time.
With a 'One Team' mentality, the BDR will promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals. They will grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify prospects, routinely contact and follow-up with customers, build relationships, and educate customers on why PuroClean is the best restoration company. The BDR will monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met, and ensure internal and external communications are timely and effective. A PuroClean Business Development Representative takes pride in exceeding customer expectations by providing a world-class level of service, setting us apart from competitors.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
2. Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing.
3. Build, maintain, and service a 'top 25 client' list; conduct lunch and learns; promote continued education courses.
4. Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
5. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and input data into marketing software.
Qualifications
1. Experience in restoration or property management marketing is a plus but not required.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a genuine interest in people. Ask open-ended questions and deliver the brand message.
3. Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations.
4. Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in group settings.
5. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales environment.
Must have a driver's license and reliable car.
