We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner to take the lead in building a high-performance, learning-driven culture across our organisation. This is more than just a training role—you’ll be at the heart of shaping capability, driving performance, and supporting our people to succeed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll partner with leaders across the business to understand where we are—and where we need to be—then design and deliver learning solutions that close that gap.
From leading impactful training programmes to embedding long-term development strategies, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are skilled, confident, and future-ready.
You’ll also:
* Drive our L&D strategy, aligning learning with business goals
* Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and build capability
* Lead and inspire the on-site L&D team to deliver high-quality training
* Design engaging learning experiences that make a real difference
* Own training compliance, ensuring audit-ready records at all times
* Measure what matters, demonstrating the impact and ROI of learning
* Enhance our systems, including supporting LMS development and optimisation

What you’ll need
* CIPD Level 5 in L&D (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in a senior L&D or training roleA track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programmes
* Experience working with learning systems and training records
It would be great if you also have:
* Experience in food, manufacturing, or other fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of apprenticeships and working with external providers
* Experience implementing an LMS
