1. Has driving licence and access to car

2. GCSE maths and english
3. NVQ level 3 in OT/ Health and social care 3 Diploma
Skills / Experience / Knowledge base
Essential criteria
4. Previous experience working as an OT and PT assistant
5. Experience of working with people with Long term conditions
6. Good personal organisational skills including time management.
7. Ability to work unsupervised within a supportive environment
Desirable criteria
8. Experience of working with people with Stroke
9. Experience of documenting in Electronic Patient Records

10. Willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the service
