Ward 2 at Hexham General Hospital is seeking enthusiastic Band 4 Nursing Associates to join our dedicated and friendly team. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing day-to-day care duties to a 26-bedded unit.
2. Being proactive in MDT and discharge approaches.
3. Working within a high-pressure environment.
4. Using all systems and documenting all care appropriately.
5. Carrying out nursing duties within scope of practice.
