About the opportunity:
The candidate will be required to be out 5 days a week. This can vary but will mainly consist of 3 days on-site and 2 days in the office based in Cambridgeshire. The role will be very hands-on, the candidate will be expected to help manage the site as well as manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects, including cost control, contract administration, and risk management. Condition and dilapidation surveys. The types of works you'll get involved in include Demolition and remediation, Temporary works, Utility services enabling and diversion, and Ground and site investigation.

About the requirements
The candidate will require 5-10 years of experience working within rail, ideally as a main contractor. Ideally, they will need to be degree-qualified, but this is not essential depending on experience level. They'd ideally like a candidate who's got hands-on experience and who is willing to get involved on-site as well as help manage the team. The successful candidate must have a driving license and be within commutable distance of Cambridgeshire
