As a PPA Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, ensuring continuity and consistency in pupils’ learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons across various year groups during PPA time Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in each class Adapt teaching where necessary to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and higher-attaining learners Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development Collaborate with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning Provide feedback on pupil progress and classroom dynamics Contribute to school initiatives and participate in staff meetings and CPD Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment This role allows you to teach across multiple year groups while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and engagement.
