Main Duties
As a Registered Nurse you will work in a nurse‑led environment, develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills, and support residents during life‑changing decisions. You will provide safe, person‑centred care, act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and be a role model of professional behaviour.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care to residents, often at a vulnerable stage of life.
* Make complex clinical decisions in a nurse‑led environment.
* Act as practice supervisor and assessor for students.
* Model effective communication, both verbal and written.
* Support a person‑centred approach to care for residents and families.
About You
You are a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care, hold a valid NMC Pin and a UK qualification. You are passionate about mentoring, safeguarding, and delivering compassionate care. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy continuous learning.

Person Specification
* UK NMC Pin and UK qualification (essential)
* Ability to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues
* Experience as a practice supervisor and assessor (essential)
* Strong communication and professional behaviours (essential)
* Safeguarding knowledge and willingness to report concerns (essential)
Experience
Minimum 12 months’ experience in health or social care, registered nursing experience with an NMC Pin.
Additional Criteria
* Experience supporting complex decision‑making in older populations
* Experience in a nurse‑led environment
