A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Conduct briefings and debriefings for drivers to ensure clear communication and understanding of daily operations.
* Address and resolve driver queries promptly to maintain smooth transport operations.
* Manage and report any vehicle defects according to established processes to ensure safety and compliance.
* Monitor and provide reports on the Microlise SEB system to track performance and efficiency.
* Prepare and complete detailed reports for customers to keep them informed about transport activities.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of effective solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous transport industry experience is desirable.
