Support to individuals with a range of requirements from the ages of 13 upwards. Our customers have diagnoses that include Learning Disabilities, Mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Support can vary from helping within the home, accessing leisure activities (e.g. cinema, bowling, swimming), accessing health services, community inclusion and much more! This is an exciting role where no two days are the same, and one that gives employees the opportunity to build positive relationships and deliver person centred care in a holistic way. Due to the nature of this service a full driving licence and the ability to work alternate weekends with occasional evenings would be essential. Due to the flexible nature of this service times of shifts can vary from 8am to 10pm depending on the customer needs.
As Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
