Overview: Lift Recruitment are working with a leading Manufacturing company, based in Tamworth. They are seeking a highly skilled Head of Facilities to oversee the operational delivery of the site service requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven facility management experience within a fast paced environment, with a strong purchasing/procurement background. This is a full time role from day 1 and is not agency work. Day to day duties will include: -Full facilities management including overall responsibility for supplier/sub-contractor selection and management. - Co-ordinate, review and negotiate insurances and ensuring that the business is fully covered by all relevant insurance documents. -Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and sale of all company cars. -Oversee phone lines, broadband and mobile phone costs. -Own and evolve the sustainability policy to ensure all government targets on decarbonisation and net zero targets are met -Oversee the purchasing department in the delivery of objectives -Oversee the QHSE department in the delivery of objectives Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits: -You will be working 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday -You will be paid between 60,000 and 65,000 per annum, dependant on experience -You will also receive a performance profit related bonus -You will receive a pension contribution of between 5 and 7.5% -You will be eligible for a company car -You will receive private medical, life and dental cover To apply please send your CV or call our friendly recruitment team on 0121 798 2024.
