Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the delivery of engineering and facilities management services to a key customer within London. Ensure profitability and build long-lasting, loyal customer relationships.
* Lead a team of operations managers, critical engineers, and commercial support staff responsible for operational and service delivery.
* Develop and grow the customer account, ensuring a motivated team that is passionate about service excellence and quality performance management.
* Manage resources effectively to maximize value add, synergies, and future opportunities.
Main Duties
* Ensure that quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are implemented and championed.
* Develop and implement effective policies, plans, and approaches to achieve strategic objectives.
* Manage resources to deliver best-in-class engineering maintenance at sites with critical infrastructure assets.
* Coordinate resources to deliver contract requirements for planned and reactive maintenance.
* Promote positive social value within the account, in line with commitments made as part of tender responses and industry best practices.
* Facilitate relationships with opinion leaders within the customer to ensure sharing of products, values, and approaches.
* Manage project and sales pipeline, working with marketing teams to secure required income and growth.
* Monitor delivery performance and achievement, ensuring contract and account services are delivered consistently with terms of the contract.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced leader with:
* A track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in facilities management leadership positions.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients at a strategic level.
* Experience in managing accounts around £10-20m pa.
* The ability to influence and drive team performance through collaboration and empowerment.
* A good level of experience in hard services, including critical environment management and complex mobile delivery.
* A proven track record of delivering business growth in contracts and adjacent services.
