We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join The Pet Vet Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and efficient environment in the reception area.
* Approach customers as they arrive, guide them to seating, offer refreshments, and manage check-in and check-out on a tablet in our deskless reception.
* Upsell products and services where appropriate, including promoting the Pet Health Plan.
* Deliver proactive, approachable, and helpful 5-star customer service to every visitor.
Requirements / What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, friendly environment for customers and their pets.
Role is full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1 in 4 weekends. The Customer Experience Coordinator is often the first contact customers have, so a friendly and professional manner is essential.
Training will be provided, with access to CPD for veterinary reception teams through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
