Manage and oversee all building services projects including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems within the NHS estate.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants to coordinate project activities.
Ensure compliance with NHS health and safety standards, building regulations, and statutory legislation.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for building services projects.
Prepare regular reports and progress updates for senior management and relevant committees.
Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives within building services projects.
Manage tendering processes and contract administration for building services works.
About the Role
The Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Building Services Project Manager to join our Estates team.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of building services projects across our healthcare estate, ensuring all projects meet NHS standards, statutory requirements, and deliver value for money.
